The company grew out of the need amongst UK senior business managers for independent, impartial and measurable advice for managing change from a "print & distribute" policy using disparate collections of photocopiers, printers, faxes, scanners & "islands of information" created by legacy archiving applications - to an integrated "distribute & print" strategy covering both hardware & software resulting in professionally finished business documents, produced in-house, which can be stored electronically and retrieved quickly for editing or viewing when required.

Add to this, automated processes for converting in-bound paper documents, to a digital format, collating & exporting business critical information for matching or uploading to erp and account packages with workflow & task management, and you can see why more business are finding the i-file approach of using a range of software & hardware solutions (and over a hundred years combined document management experience!) to provide an incisive, no nonsense document strategy to move businesses forward.

Our clients are UK based, ranging from small to medium size enterprises through corporates to the Public Sector, Emergency Services, NHS & none profit making organisations. We are not a photocopier or any other type of hardware reseller, who is trying to add a few software services here and there, the only hardware we sell are document scanners as part of a wider solution. Whilst badge collecting is not a hobby for any member of our team, we have nevertheless achieved Authorised Reseller status with a number of Global Brands, for example, DocuWare, Kodak, Equisys & Lexmark allowing us to supply, implement and support the solutions we recommend.
