This is the entry point to the xyzmo® world of digital signatures. Protect your intellectual property and trace the path of your business communications. Simply designed and operable as a printer for Windows. The solution is  xyzmo ® Seal for Windows You have a document that you wish to sign. Following the standard command, "Print", choose " xyzmo ® Seal " from the printer selection. Select a seal logo and the next mouse click transforms your document into a signed PDF document. Your document is now the original and printouts merely copies.

You can archieve or send the signed document. Upon receiving a signed document, the recipient can determine the identity of the author and that the document has not been changed by a third party. All that is necessary is a click of the test link in the signature and within seconds a certificate is produced providing information concerning the authenticity of the document and the identity of the signatory.

The xyzmo ® Seal for Windows is suitable for the individual and multiple signing of documents, as well as for the single and multiple verification of signed documents. The digital signature can be evidenced in all media, in digital form as an electronic signature, on paper as a so-called digital to paper hard copy and naturally, as microfilm.  In addition, a manual, digital signature can be integrated as an additional security level. Signing takes place in conventional fashion.

The xyzmo® Server represents an out-of-the-box Hardware Server-solution for any form of mass lettering of documents. By use of a respective xyzmo® connector, your system can communicate with this server and transmit documents for signature.

Functions of the xyzmo ® Server :

• Signature of documents
• Selectable format of signature ( xyzmo® Seal , Adobe PDF, CMS /PKCS#7, XMLDSIG)
• Form of signature: simple signature, advanced signature, qualified signature
• Rule-based processing (E.g.: all documents with the sender invoice@xyzmo.com will be sealed by an advanced signature by the signature proceedings xyzmo® Seal , sent by email and saved on the file-server).
• Release of a pile of documents to be sealed
• Plug-in concept for the integration of arbitrary xyzmo® connectors
