i-file's Site Survey service provides you with a comprehensive report based upon actual costs and amount of printing carried out during an agreed Site Survey period (typically 2-4 weeks).
Information detailed includes the total number of Users, total pages printed, pages printed by Users, pages printed by printers, network traffic, cost per page for each printer, total cost for each user and much more.
