Neil founded i-file in 2002 and retains a "hands on" approach to developing the business and its team. Neil spent spent many years working as a member of the senior management team for a global Blue Chip company specialising in document production, management and workflow solutions. With UK & Ireland Reseller Channel sales responsibility through managing a dedicated sales force he was responsible for assisting UK photocopier resellers migrate to the new era of digital solutions and services. |

| Sue Redman |

Director and Company Secretary, she has been with the company since day one. Sue plays the vital "back office" role, releasing her colleagues for more time on customer facing activities. Her responsibilities include administration, accounts and Human Rescources. |

A highly experienced individual, Jeff has more than 20 years experience in the IT sector. Key strengths are his problem solving capabilities, customer relationship skills training and facilitation. A proven track record in implementing and supporting document solutions products tailored to customers' requirements and a first class knowledge of electronic document archiving/management, forms printing, and print auditing/accounting. jeff is also our specialist case management consultant and has worked on several implementations within both the Public and Private sectors. |

David has worked in IT since 1983 and in that time has accumulated a wealth of experience, specialising in electronic document management systems since 1991, and, having worked with the software since 1996, has become a highly respected DocuWare specialist. In recent years David has worked particularly closely with Housing Associations on both document management and various other projects. |

A highly qualified professional, Andy is responsible for the i-care support team and has progressed through his career, starting with an Honours Degree at Salford University. Whilst highly competent in the implementation of projects, Andy is actively involved with many clients on pre sales consultancy, his skills lie in project and the document management arena with particular emphasis on database management and manipulation. |

James joined i-file in 2006, fulfilling the vital role of sales administration and as such is involved with clients on a daily basis. His specialities lie in the area of business administration, process management and statistics. |

| Jon Neal |

A Microsoft Certified Engineer, Jon, founder of i-file's, i-care technology partner Totalscope IT, bringing a wealth of IT experience gained working for Blue Chip company's in both the UK and Germany. Jon's expertise lies in the specifying, building, supporting of networks and internet security for the small business who have neither the resource or need to employ their own specialists. |

London based, Adnan was educated at the International University of America, London where he gained his Bachelors degree in Computer Science in 2005. Since then he has gone on to work on a number of document management projects and implementations primarily in the Private sector where is knowledge of programming in VB and database management has proved invaluable. |

As with Adnan, Martin is based in the London area and brings a wealth of experience in the area of electronic document management, scanning and delivery. Project based, Martin is involved in delivering our on-site scanning service, where we overcome the security issues of you sending confidential information away to a scanning bureau by bringing our scanner(s) to your premises and scanning either directly to your edm system or to CD ROM for manual uploading. |
